1. Nature of Service
This website provides an online platform for promoting boats available for charter in Greece. We do not own, operate or manage the vessels listed.
2. Booking & Payments
All bookings, payments and charter agreements are made directly between the client and the respective boat owner. We are not a party to any charter agreement.
3. Liability
We bear no responsibility for the condition of the vessels, the performance of the charter service, cancellations, weather conditions or any disputes arising between the client and the boat owner.
4. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to ensure that the information displayed is accurate, we rely on data provided by the boat owners and cannot guarantee completeness or accuracy.
5. External Responsibility
Each boat owner is solely responsible for licenses, insurance, safety standards and compliance with Greek maritime law.
This website operates exclusively as an information and contact request management platform.
Euneos Yachting:
• is not the ship-owning company of the vessels shown.
• is not a travel agency or charterer
• does not collect money from customers
• does not issue tax documents
• does not participate in the conclusion of the charter contract
Any contract, payment or agreement is concluded directly between the customer and the owner or operating company of the vessel. Euneos Yachting is not responsible for cancellations, changes in itineraries, weather conditions or issues related to the execution of the charter. Payment of the freight is made directly to the Ship Owner Company.
What are Cookies?
